Thor's Day 2

Rest day today... Need to get to bed early due to getting up at the ass-crack (before dawn that is) for team 6 tomorrow. 

Meals today:
Breakfast-
Egg salad & cheese stick

Lunch-
Various cold cuts & cheeses

Dinner-
Steak & greens with olive oil&vinegar dressing

Hey Justin! Very interested in your keto/paleo diet project. I was trying to find some resources on ketosis as a dietary strategy for female athletes and I didn't find much women-specific stuff (apart from ketosis in pregnant women!). If you know of anything, let me know...though ultimately, I'd like to find a sustainable diet for myself that also inspires lean-ness. And I love to cook for myself and others, which becomes an ever increasing challenge as one eliminates vegetables!
