Oops and Daily Apoc Training for 10/30/2009

Missed a couple of days of training posts, no excuses just fucked up... Training for today includes:

Presses at 3x5- work up to a 5 rep max

Conditioning:
5 rounds for time:
w/20lb. weight vest
10 burpees
20 squats
30 ab-mat situps
40-yard bear crawl
