5-3-1 Day Squats and Bench Press

3x70% 1rm
3x80% 1rm
Last set as many reps as possible at 90%

5x10 squats at 40-60% 1rm

Kroc Rows:
2x10 (each arm) at weight you can complete
1x as many reps as possible (each arm) with heaviest weight possible
